You can book the time that suits you the most for a personal/online meeting or just to talk to us at https://virtuait.youcanbook.me and we will solve your problem. Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem you are experiencing and write what exactly your expectations are.
What do you pay?
Usually, by the description of the problem, we know whether the issue can be resolved within 45 minutes or not. In any case we will inform you that before the start of the execution. If we need additional information, we may ask you some more questions via e-mail. Exceptionally, we would use the booked hour to clarify all additional details related to your problem. If it happens that we won’t be able to help you with the issue, of course the booked time with us will not be charged.
There are also cases when the problem can be solved and we can implement the changes, but not in 45 minutes. Then, we would tell you in advance how long the interruption would last, when we can make it and how much the total amount is going to be.
What is this service inappropriate for?
The service is appropriate when it comes to problems with configurations, where something does not work as it should, etc. It is not suitable for implementation of completely new, more extensive installations, where it is clear that more time is needed for the configuration of the equipment. In these cases you can still book a meeting/call with us, but in the description you should state it as a pre-sales consultation and provide a brief description of the project. In this case, you will not be charged the rate for the service, but after the talk with you, we will prepare an offer for an overall solution of your case.
How much does it cost?
One unit of advice or assistance costs 150 eur + VAT and lasts 45 minutes.
