This will prevent sharepoint 2010 from asking you for your credentials every time you go to Central Administration. You will have to add the hostnames for your web applications in the MVS1_o registry key.
Go to: HKLMSystemCurrentControlSetControlLSAMSV1_0 and create a new multistring key with the  name “BackConnectionHostNames”

In the value add the hostnames for your web applications:

intranet.domain.org, mysite.domain.org
